Children - from 2 to 11 years of age Proof of age for a child may be requested at the time of check-in. In this case suitable proof e.g. Birth Certificate or Passport will be required. A child must be accompanied by another passenger who is aged 16 years and above. It is a requirement that the child be able to sit upright unaided in the seat, with the seat belt fastened securely and without slack around the waist. Where a child turns 12 years of age after the forward journey but prior to the return journey, each flight should be booked as a separate one way journey indicating the correct age at the time of actual travel. In this case forward journey would be booked as a child and return as an adult.
