Flight Schedule Changes for December
12 November 2012
AIR PACIFIC AIRCRAFT & FLIGHT SCHEDULE CHANGES FOR DECEMBER

Air Pacific wishes to advise that one of its B747-400 jumbo aircraft will be undergoing a routine heavy maintenance check (called a “C” check) in Singapore from November 15th to December 10th, 2012.

To minimise disruptions and inconvenience to our customers, Air Pacific is leasing a B777-200 ER aircraft from charter airline Euro Atlantic Airways based in Lisbon, Portugal. This aircraft will be operated by Euro Atlantic pilots, cabin crew, and maintenance teams, with support from Air Pacific and an Air Pacific cabin attendant who will assist on each flight.

The 777-200ER aircraft will operate from November 13th – December 15th, with 28 Business Class Seats and 288 Economy Seats. The aircraft will fly a total of five flights to Los Angeles, three flights to Hong Kong, and two flights to Sydney. Customers can expect the same or similar on-board services and operational standards as they currently receive on Air Pacific’s own aircraft during this period.

As a result of this change in equipment, Air Pacific will experience some changes in departure and arrival times for certain flights in December:

Nadi-Auckland-Nadi, Saturday 1 December, these flights will be delayed four (4) hours.

Nadi-Sydney-Nadi, Saturday 1 December, these flights will be delayed four (4) hours.

Nadi-Los Angeles, Sunday 9 December – this flight will be delayed by eight (8) hours, departing on the morning of Monday 10th December 2012.

Air Pacific wishes to apologise in advance to its customers for any disruptions to their travel plans as a result of this unavoidable operational requirement.

Air Pacific Reservations staff have been and will be contacting customers that are affected by resulting schedule changes as well as those customers who will now travel on the Euro Atlantic 777-200ER.
